 Using 10.3.9. Cyberduck launches, then the "A new version of Cyberduck is
 available!" window comes up and the app hangs. The swirling circle stays
 in the centre of the "Release Notes" field, nothing appears, and the
 buttons to dismiss this pane do not respond. All I can do is force quit
 Cyberduck.
