#2673: cyberduck injects spaces into FTP directory names, can't navigate

I just loaded up Cyberduck 3.02 and opened an FTP site.
Looking at the root directory, I couldn't navigate to any subdirectory
because cyberduck would report it didn't exist.
Looking at the log, it was apparent that cyberduck was injecting
a blank at the start of the directory name, such as:
 CWD / MYDIR

I can go directly to the directory by using the 'go' command and typing in
the path myself. The same thing happens when navigating in a subdirectory.
 For example,
 CWD /MYDIR/ANOTHERDIR/ TARGETDIR

Very strange and annoying behavior for an FTP client.
