 Three (or more) items (active) in download queue.
 When downloading first item in download queue with a concurrent download
 processors limit of 1, pressing Stop on the second item will automatically
 start item three and continue running a second processor for the remainder
 of the queue, at least for the remaining items if returned to the queue.
