 The latest 5098 build has messed up toolbars.  The toolbar is extremely
 high and the icons aren't placed correctly.  This is on the 10A432 build
 of 10.6.  Turning the toolbar to text only is a work around, but the icon
 version is terribly formatted for some reason.
