 For every folder I make and every file I upload to my server the
 permissions are set to 700, when I try changing them I get the message
 'FTP Error: Cannot change permissions'. This is strange because I've used
 this program for years with my server and have yet to have this happen. If
 I go into Cpanel on my server I can change file permissions, but that
 becomes very tedious.
