 Using the context-menu of Cmd-D on a file brings up the duplicate file
 dialog, the Duplicate button is the default selected button, when pressing
 Return or clicking Duplicate, the file is duplicated and then the file is
 opened in the MacOS default handler for that file.  This previously would
 only Duplicate the file and perform no other actions and is the desired
 state.
