 Don't know if this is already somewhere in the tickets, but to use
 TextWrangler as your editor type this:

 defaults write ch.sudo.cyberduck editor.name TextWrangler
 defaults write ch.sudo.cyberduck editor.bundleIdentifier
 com.barebones.textwrangler
