 Running OS 10.6.2 - English localization

 I've only tested while connected to an SFTP site, it occurs every time I
 Cmd-D Duplicate a file when pressing Return for the default Duplicate
 Action or Clicking on the Duplicate button.  it also occurs when I drag
 and copy the file (via holding the Option key) to another folder.  As I
 mentioned it opens the files in the default app for that type of file.
 When Duplicating files with Cmd-D and selecting the Edit button they are
 properly opened in my external editor (TextMate).
