 you sent me this as a reply, Apparently you enter the wrong
 username/password. Please contact your web hosting service provider for
 assistance. i put in the username root and password alpine and this is the
 same username/password as all the youtube videos showed me to put in but
 for some reason it doesn't work for me. how do i fix this and if this isnt
 the right username/password how do i get the right one?
