 I've used Cyberduck without incident for a long time.  Just moved to a new
 host server.  I can log on to the server and commands on the server
 execute with difficulty.  I know I am communicating.  But uploading and
 downloading the same error message, Access Timed Out.  Attempting an
 upload, a file to receive data appears on the remote server, but no data
 is transferring;  likewise, downloading, a receiving file appears on my
 desktop, but no data is being transferred.  At the host end they opened a
 service ticket.  Using Cyberduck they can successfully upload and download
 files.  They have set their configuration to the defaults, and I have done
 the same thing.  H E L P !!!  John Sipos, Tampa Bay Florida.
