 With the latest update of Cyberduck when I upload either a small amount of
 files or a large amount of files, it tells me the following for the last
 file it tried to upload:

 -----------------------------------------
 FTP Error: Cannot read file attributes
 /directory/file.htm
 /directory/file.htm: Permission denied
 -----------------------------------------

 Details:
 - This happens on EVERY upload to the last file only.
 - It happens on all servers that I upload to.
 - It doesn't seem to matter what type of file I am uploading
 - It doesn't seem to matter how many files I am uploading
