New description:

 Hello,

 When deleting several folders containing folders and files, Cyberduck goes
 through the list of files and delete files and folders one by one instead
 of using the `PROMPT OFF` and then `MDEL *.*` and `RMDIR` commands. That
 would speed up a lot the deletion if these commands could be implemented.
