 I'm not sure if this is a defect or feature request. I had assumed that I
 should be able to select a recently visited FTP address in the History
 list and then convert it to a bookmark. However, the plus button and the
 New Bookmark menu item are both disabled when the History list is showing.
 I looked in the Wiki and it seems to indicate that I can drag the icon to
 the toolbar or to other locations, but that is not working in the version
 I'm using.
