 1. Create a bookmark (any type except S3 and Mosso Cloud)
  1. Attempt to set the web URL for the bookmark to
 {{{https://<someAddress>}}}
  1. When the {{{http://}}} is prepended, attempt to backspace over the
 {{{http://}}}

 bug) Every time the {{{http://}}} at the beginning is disturbed it
 reattaches (before the disturbed bit) it with no consideration for what
 the user is attempting to enter, causing urls like the following to be
 generated:

 {{{http://http//http:/http:/https://www.schoolname.edu}}}

 This makes it impossible to change it to https URL.
