 Cocoa Java Bindings unavailable. Launching an application dependant on
 Java bindings for the Cocoa frameworks fails with:

 Java native invocation libraries of the Cocoa AppKit and Foundation
 frameworks are missing from `/usr/lib/java/`. Furthermore
 `com.apple.cocoa.*` classes found at `/System/Library/Java` in previous
 versions of OS X are missing.
