 Uploading to the server, Cyberduck no longer knows what the file sizes
 are, and then gives me this 1/O error, but things have bee uploaded to the
 server despite this.  The Transcript reads:
 211 End of status
 TYPE I
 200 Type set to I
 PASV
 227 Entering Passive Mode (217,118,128,44,183,69).
 STOR webpage.htm
 150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for bar-prices.htm
 226 Transfer complete
 SITE CHMOD 777 bar-prices.htm
 QUIT
