 We were set up with cyberduck by our web designer who we have not been
 able to contact. We enjoy using cyberduck and we would like to continue
 its use. Here is our problem. All of the files that we had with the .zip
 suffix were deleted from the ftp site. We don't know when it happened but
 we were notified as of 10-18-09.  We would like to know if there is a way
 to retrieve these files. In a worse case scenario if we were to upload the
 .zip files what would be the chances of losing the files again. Please
