 I/O error: Connection Failed

 The kexTimeout (30000 ms) expired.

 I have all my Macs use this Cyberduck program.  One by one the user have
 been call my to tell me that Cyberduck is not working.  I have been
 working on this problem for 4 days.  Just cannot find the problem or a
 fix.  I have Macs running 10.4 and 10.5. Some are working and some are
 not.  I try all of Cyberduck's versions.  Try update Mac OS.  Tried a
 system reinstall all with no lock. The main version of Cryberduck I use is
 3.2 (4648)
