 It's happened twice in a row now: I upload a 300Mb file (it's throttled to
 30Kb/Sec) and I'll leave before it's uploaded, when it's at, say 90%. When
 I come back, my computer's asleep. When I wake up the computer, Cyberduck
 shows me that the upload is now at only like 6%, and the upload speed has
 slowed to around 5Kb/sec. It's as if Cyberduck finishes the upload, and
 then starts reuploading it, overwriting the previous upload.
