 Using the default settings [.*~\..*|\.DS_Store|\.svn|CVS], with "Skip
 files matching the regular expressions:" box checked, any and all files
 matching those expressions are still uploaded. The ".DS_Store" file, jEdit
 backup files with the "~" appended to the filename; everything. I have
 seen other tickets closed for this bug, with the notation "worksforme," so
 I thought perhaps this might be related to the fact that I am using
 Cyberduck in SFTP mode. The bug definitely exists.
