 Because this works for some when running with superuser privileges, I
 suspect this is a confguration issue with the user account and not a
 broken localization per se. Would you mind trying to launch Cyberduck from
 a newly created account? (Create new account in ''System Preferences →
 Accounts'', logout and login again with that test account). If that works
 we'll have to search what difference there is between the accounts.
