 Cyberduck, as of the latest update, shows a blank space where the icon
 should be in the Applications folder, and in the dock.

 I uninstalled, and re-installed the app, which appeared to help with
 showing the icon in the apps folder, but the icon in the dock is still a
 blank empty space.
