Comment:

 Affected localizatons known so far
  * ru
  * sk
  * cs
  * pl

 Known workaround is to type `open Cyberduck.app` in a Terminal.app window
 instead of double clicking the application in the Finder.app. When trying
 to replicate this issue, one has to restart the Finder.app after changing
 the locale preference.
