 It looks like Synchronize only downloads the remote directory into the
 local one regardless of which option (Upload, Download, Mirror) is
 selected.

 It also doesn't scan the directories until after you click Continue. I
 noticed this in the last beta, but Synchronize still seemed to work,
 although I only used it for uploading.
