 When I upload files (audio podcasts) to a server, the uploaded file
 displays a time 3 hours in the future.  I believe it then prevents said
 file from be recognized and downloadable until that time has passed.

 I cannot find a preference setting for time adjustment.

 How is this happening and how can I match my real local time with the
 uploaded file's time stamps?
