 something happened to my connection while a new folder was being created.
 now it appears in the list, but i cannot use it. when i try to open it, or
 delete it i get an error saying that the folder doesn't exist.

 FTP Error: Listing directory failed
 /WCNOC: No such file or directory.

 NOOP
 200 NOOP command successful
 CWD /WCNOC
 550 /WCNOC: No such file or directory
