I'm having the same issue as with ticket #1671. I have tried deleting the
known_hosts file as instructed and it did not resolve my issue.

Whenever I connect to a site via SFTP, the "Unknown host key for host"
warning pops up, although I choose "Always" every single time. The site
(an iPhone 4) is always the same. No subsequent warning or error message
appears from Cyberduck or in the Console. I can successfully connect.
