Comment:

 I tested build 6559, the problem persists.
 The Error message is now more informative:

 SSH Fehler: Ordner kann nicht angelegt werden
 /Path...
 Failure (SSH_FX_FAILURE: An error occurred, but no specific error code
 exists to describe the failure.).

 I get lots of these, al folder names contain non-asci-charachters
 (automatically generated by the creating program).
