 I am attempting to logon to my sites (hosted via Rackspace's Cloudsites
 service). I am receiving the following error:

 I/O Error: Connection Failed

 Truncated server reply:.

 I am able to connect to these sites using FileZilla. I am using both the
 standard ftp path (ftp.mydomain.com) and the alternative
 (ftp.ftptoyoursite.com) - neither seem to work. I have checked the path as
 well and it is correct and all credentials are correct.
