New description:

 I've been unable to upload any file to an S3 account when clicking the
 "upload" button while viewing a folder in the bucket. I'm using an account
 that is not the owner of the bucket but has full permissions on it. I'm
 not positive, but I don't think that is related.

 The same upload works fine if I just drag it into the window.
