 I really like the Terminal button on the toolbar, but I usually try to
 keep all my toolbars hidden to reduce clutter. So far the Terminal button
 is my only frequently-used control that doesn't have a menu item in the
 menu bar, and consequently, I can't assign it a keyboard shortcut. I'd
 like to request a Terminal menu entry please.
