Comment:

 As of r5645 the implementation has been changed to the built-in type ahead
 selection available in Mac OS X v10.5 (and later). This mostly happens
 with big listings. The Console log says

 {{{2/5/10 9:09:12 AM    Cyberduck[2707] Type selection took over 1.000
 seconds. Stopping early....}}}

 Need to dig further into this.
