#4048: Many files with many spaces in filenames crashes CyberDuck
--------------------------------------------------+-------------------------
Reporter: trac.cyberduck.ch.ninja@… | Owner: dkocher
Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: low | Milestone:
Component: core | Version: 3.3
Severity: normal | Keywords: stupidfilenames,crash
--------------------------------------------------+-------------------------
I was trying to transfer a slew of files from a NAS to my iPhone (using
SCP), but every time I dragged the files, CyberDuck would crash. Until I
removed the superfluous spaces.
Note that it wasn't logical single spaces that abounded, but double,
triple and quadruple spaces, and spaces before the full stop (example
filename .filetype)
I *did not* test extensively. Maybe this was the cumulative effect of
having many such files.
If you have trouble reproducing, please write me an email and I'll do a
demo and send you some example files.
