 Scenario:
 1. downloading from a server with a dynamic DNS address (like homedns.org
 e.g.)
 2. interrupt download (for whatever reason, maybe you just put your Mac to
 sleep)
 3. IP of server changed in the meantime
 4. try to resume, error message saying connection refused
 5. restart Cyberduck, resume, everything's fine

 Obviously Cyberduck does not query the DNS again when trying to resume.
 This bug has been existent for years now and it's pretty annoying...
