 After the given number of attempts to connect to my ftp account, I get the
 message:
 Failures
 the last action could not be completed due to the following errors:
 Network Error: Connection Failed
 ftp://ftp.artistictributes.com
 Connection reset.

 It gives me the option to run Network Diagnostics, but when I do that it
 says that my internet is running fine.
