 I upload folders that contain 8-80 small jpgs and one word document. My
 uploads say 'complete', but the destination address can not find the
 files.  They say the folders are there, but there are no jpgs.  Sometimes
 the word documents are there and sometimes not.  Nothing has changed in
 their username or password.  I have had trouble for the last 6 months.
 Please advise
