 I am having difficulty logging-in to my FTP. I have tried several times
 and it keeps saying "authentification failed". I have looked all over the
 help section and can not locate the issue. I have a mac version 10.5.8,
 this is the first time I am experiencing this issue. Can you help me
 resolve?  Thank you!
