#4354: FTP Timestamp Not Updating Properly
---------------------------------+------------------------------------------
Reporter: kfortier5@… | Owner: dkocher
Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: normal | Milestone:
Component: ftp | Version: 3.4.1
Severity: major | Keywords: timestamp

I know there have been other questions about this, and you point people to
our howto section. But that section does not resolve my issue.
Here is what I am doing: uploading a duplicate.
What happens: the timestamp of the document is changed to +5 hours (I am
in a +5GMT timezone) once it is uploaded to the server.
What I have done: gone to bookmarks and ensured the timezone is proper
(both my computer and my server are in the same timezone). I have also
tried to turn off the modification on upload feature. Even when this
feature is off, it changes the timestamp by 1 hour.
I have no way to connect to my server any other way, so SFTP is not a
solution.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
NOTE: the log drawer is blank...
