Comment:

 That happens every now and then but a reload of the page should resolve
 the problem. We can't do much from our side as this a trac related issue
 which is hopefully fixed in a future release.

 You do not create an account with Cyberduck. All you need to do is to
 create a bookmark with the settings you got from your web hosting service
 provider. These are usually ftp settings.
