 hello

 I use your program to transfer one video from my FreeBox to my computers
 (Mac and PC).
 No problem with the PC.
 Error "Request action not taken (file does not exist or no access)" with
 my Mac Book Pro 10.6.3.

 It is the SAME video. Can you explain why ?
