 Tried to fix behavior according command-line transcript in r5971. Can you
 please try the new nightly build (5971). Please note that the prompt sheet
 lacks of clarity yet. In the sheet you should see the prompt text 'Enter
 PASSCODE' somewhere though. The username is not taken into account in the
 callback prompt.
