 Ok, good to know that :)

 If it can help :
    * I take a look at the sftp stuff (the openssh client) and it seems
 that the window adjust size is around 131072 when yours, in my last, tries
 is around 16384.
    * I have tested message size of 4096 -> 32768 and a chunksize of
 32768*64 and max_parallelism set to 100 I've reached then ~300KB/s.

 If you need more testing, let me know.

 Good luck with the refactorisation of the SFTPv3Client.
