 Are you sure ? I just made a quick try and the window size is the same as
 for download one, and the window is increased at the beginning of the
 upload.
 And answers come from the server only after 73 requests have already been
 sent ...
 Size of the write is 32768 per SSH2_FXP_WRITE message If this can help.
