Comment:

 File size comparison does not work. The content could have changed but the
 file still has the same size. We would need to compare a hash of the file
 which is however not possible for all protocols. Therefore we compare
 timestamps. If the modification date is not accurately updated when a file
 is uploaded after synchronization, that would be a bug, though.
