 when i try to open my connection for an upload, cyberduck is either
 refusing to make the connection or is just not making the connection. I
 have to tell you that cyberduck has always worked seamlessly for me. So
 this problem baffles me and makes me think there's a bug or glitch in the
 software.  I have 3.7. SHould I redownload the upgrade?

 I have an iMac with OS 10.6.4
