 Replying to [ticket:5473 amk]:
 > GUI for s3 reduced redundancy better but still does not describe status
 when info for an object is queried. Comes back as storage class unkown.

 If the object is not a directory placeholder, then the storage class
 should be displayed. For directory placholder, the storage class is
 displayed when changed and applied to all objects below that path.

 There should be no black entries like on your screenshot but all available
 options to select. Changes take effect when the selection is different
 from a previous value. No apply needed.
