 When I right-click a file and select Open URL from the contextual menu,
 the path shown is incorrect. Either it has too many elements, or it has
 too few. In the former case, it appends the entire system path of the file
 to the site url. In the latter case it appends an extra slash, plus the
 path starting at the containing directory of the item.
