 A bookmark can be edited, but those edits have no effect in the Bookmark
 window. Thus, you can't distinguish bookmarks by a nickname you give them.
 You can give a bookmark a nickname but you can't see that nickname in the
 Bookmark window, so the bookmark is useless.
