Comment:

 The error message indicates that you are trying to use Active (PORT)
 connect mode whereas you are behind a NAT where such a configuration is
 not possible. Altough we ''should'' fallback to Passive (PASV) connect
 mode, you might need to choose this manually from the bookmark settings.
 Please post the full transcript from the log drawer of your connection
 attempt.
