Comment:

 Ok, here's what happened. It asked me if I should do a secure version of
 FTP. It didn't work. I went to the bookmark and changed it back to
 standard FTP, and it still didn't work, so I thought there was a problem.

 It turns out that it was still on secure FTP. After changing it to
 standard again, it started working.
